To save space on your computer's hard drive, the Amazon Video Player will only download the larger video file for watching in the Player. You will need to also download the smaller portable file in order to transfer your video to your 5800 XpressMusic. You can only transfer a portable version of a video if you've previously downloaded the full video to your computer using the Amazon Video Player.
